The TOT of the NGTF (National Gender Task Force) of CASA and the Workshop on Perspective and Capacity Building of the ZGTF (Zonal Gender Task Force) on Gender has been successfully completed on the 23rd August 2008. This programme was organised by CASA at the YMCA, Goa during 18-23 August 2008. It was participated by 10 NGTF members including the team leader Mrs. Sheila Jones and approximately 30 ZGTF members drawn from all the 4 zones of CASA. Ms. Beulah Azariah, from the IWID (Initiatives for Women in Development), Chennai was the external facilitator and trainer of the TOT.

CASA has designed a comprehensive ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning) Management System including the finances with the help of a Professional Agency – ASCOMP. The ERP System in CASA has reached a significant stage today with its very first National Level Training Programme at its Headquarters in New Delhi for the selected Finance & Accounts staff members from various Zonal and sector offices all over India.

THE GENERAL SECRETARY AND NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT OF NCCI VISIT CASA, DELHI 10TH July, 2008: (New Delhi) : Today, the Newly elected President of NCCI (National Council of Churches in India) Bishop Dr. Taranath Sagar visited CASA Headquarters in New Delhi along with the General Secretary of NCCI , Bishop Dr. D.K.Sahu. It was for the first time that Bishop Sagar was visiting the CASA headquarters.
